the Douglas County School System, the 17th largest school district in Georgia with approximately 26,000 students in our 33 schools and two specialized high school programs. Our highly qualified teachers strive to provide quality instruction and hold high expectations for students. DCSS is blessed with many dedicated educators, engaged students, involved parents, and supportive local businesses and organizations. Their hard work has resulted in many regional, state, and national awards for our students, schools, and system.
